Rally for the Cure is a grassroots program that works to spread awareness about breast cancer in support of Susan G. Komen through volunteer organized golf, tennis and social events. Rally was created to empower people to take action in the fight against breast cancer by educating women about the disease and reminding them to get their annual screening to ensure early detection.
Volunteer event "Ambassadors" host and plan the events locally. Rally provides all the materials to support the event including event decorations, a prize, participant goody bags and other breast cancer awareness items. It is that simple! LEARN MORE
Since 1996, Rally has enlisted over 35,000 volunteer Ambassadors to champion our cause in their community. These passionate, dedicated Ambassadors have helped educate over two million participants about the importance of early detection.
In addition to mobilizing people behind the message that early detection saves lives, fundraising activities at Rally events have generated over $70 million for Susan G. Komen. Thanks to programs like Rally, Komen is the largest private funder of community-based breast health education, screening and treatment programs in the United States. Rally events start on the golf course and tennis court but their impact goes far beyond. LEARN MORE
